We started the next morning with an early lunch at sugarFISH by Sushi Nozawa. In addition to the a la carte menu, there are three "Trust Me" options, which attempt to emulate the omakase experience in a more casual environment. We had the "Lite" option as we were planning on a big dinner that night. Each item is meant to be eaten exactly as prepared, no added wasabi, etc. Our lunch started off with this fantastic tuna sashimi.
