We rise early, as we've booked an early-morning train to Salzburg, Austria for a daytrip (we have six full days in Munich, so we will have plenty of time to explore Munich itself, but for reasons I don't remember now, I chose to frontload this daytrip). We stop by reception on the way out to inquire about the room, but the all-powerful staff folks with the keys to the reservation system haven't arrived yet. Ughhhhh. We'll have to deal with this tomorrow.
