OK, so here's a meta-as-hell one. Jerome Napoleon was Napoleon's younger brother. He was made King of Westphalia (in modern day Germany). His wife was Princess Katharina of Württemberg (full name: Friederike Katharina Sophie Dorothea, as shown on this tomb). Her heart is apparently buried here. But not the rest of her body: her body-tomb is in Ludwigsburg Palace in Germany.
