The next day was a big day: we would visit two cities: Cordoba and Sevilla. This was possible due to Spain's high-speed AVE train network, which happened to run along the corridor from Madrid to Sevilla. We would be stopping in Cordoba, then continuing on to Sevilla. Making this happen required extensive pre-planning as you could get discounts of up to 70% off if you booked online 60 days in advance to the minute. This also meant we had to pre-determine exactly how much time we would spend in Cordoba.
