And then it was off to Maun. It was not at all clear why we had to get to Maun so early. There were literally no plans we had in Maun today. The idea was to get to Maun in time for lunch. So why couldn't we have had lunch at Elephant Sands, then get to Maun in time for dinner? (Or had a packed lunch on the bus, as we'd soon learn would be par for the course on some upcoming parts of the trip)
