Where you really could tell how much more powerful (""bigger""?) Vic is than Niagara was when some of the paths brought you right up to the brink of the falls. There were places like this walking along Niagara where the mist rising from the falls would cause essentially a permanent light rain over the area, but here it was like a downpour.
