Much of my time in Buffalo will be focused on BuildingsŪ. Buffalo is "famous" for its BuildingsŪ. This is St Paul's Episcopal Cathedral, designed by Richard Upjohn in 1851 in the English Gothic Revival style. In 1888 there was a gas explosion that destroyed the interior, which was then redesigned by Robert Gibson. Notice the asymmetry, a common feature of English Gothic churches.
