Well, when we arrived at the airport, they told us that our flight was cancelled. They claimed KLM emailed us about it several days ago, but that was not true. They also said that we had been put on an earlier flight this morning, which KLM was supposed to have told us about, but since they did not, we showed up for the original flight and missed the earlier flight.
