At this point, we thought about dinner and decided we wanted to get some Navajo food. We considered the Diné Restaurant (Diné is how you refer to the Navajo in their own language) in Window Rock, Arizona. It's actually the in-house restaurant at the Window Rock Quality Inn, which is epic in and of itself. Window Rock is also the seat of government of the Navajo Nation so we'd be able to see the Navajo Council Chambers.
