They also had to point this out. Indeed, it is very confusing as the City of Page is completely surrounded by the Navajo Nation, but not itself part of the Navajo Nation. So Page follows Arizona's rules - no daylight savings - while the surrounding Navajo land, including the vast majority of tourist sites people staying in Page want to visit, technically do observe daylight savings time. That said, our two tours we took on Navajo land chose to quote times to us in Arizona time rather than Navajo time, to try to avoid some of the confusion.
