They changed up the "vintner's table" and it's no longer a tasting menu, but is now a prix fixe with two choices for each course (that's actually an improvement in my view). This is 1a: heirloom tomato salad with pickled white anchovy, sourdough crostinis, caesar dressing. We did the wine pairing, and this was paired with a rose from Provence.
