Like our other SARS culinary adventures, this was a wine pairing meal. They brought out the first three together while I was finishing my Manhattan. This was a winery-specific dinner, showcasing various wines all produced by Chile's Lapostolle Wines. They in fact had so many wines they wanted to showcase that they paired the first course with two different wines! Both of us were brought both wines, with the idea of just "you get to try both and you can decide which pairing you think is better"
