Wolf's Ridge Brewing, which had closed during lockdowns, reopened with a modified tasting-menu-only experience. We love tasting menus, so we gave it a try. We started with cocktails. I had an espresso avenue (coffee infused Bourbon, amari blend, sweet vermouth); Amy had a zero proof, a non-alcoholic cocktail with amaro soda, aperitif, lemon shrub - literally the best NA cocktail I've ever had in my life.
