Our destination was Boston Logan, which technically doesn't have a direct rail connection to the airport, but does have a BRT (bus rapid transit) line (Silver Line) which connects the airport and downtown. The Silver Line is actually free (!!!) when taken from the airport. However, the Blue Line subway was more convenient for where we were staying, so we took the shuttle bus.
