Then I discovered This Shit™. Due to storms in the Carolinas, two of my upcoming trains were CANCELLED. I wasn't traveling to the Carolinas, but because these trains originate in New York and pass through the Carolinas to get to Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, etc, these trains have no way to reach me if Amtrak is concerned about the Carolinas.
