Everything at Valia Calda was under €10. At Paramithi, this half bottle of house red was the same price as a glass at Calda. So clearly Calda was actually one of the higher-end restaurants in Kalambaka (I believe it based on the quality, the focus on local ingredients, and the highlighting of the chef, but the prices weren't accordingly high; it was mid-range in terms of price)
