This braised lamb neck stew with shallots, damsons, apricots, molasses, and rosemary was served at the circumcision feast for Sultan Suleyman the Magnificent's sons, the young princes Beyazid and Cihangir, in November 1539. Some pretty nice food to enjoy after getting your dick cut.
