We had dinner before our outbound trip at Hot "G" Dog, just like on our last trip. See the first part of the Benelux album for more info on this place. Here is a crawfish dog with remoulade, crawfish ceviche, and goat cheese. And the famous duck sausage with truffle aioli, foie gras mousse, and fleur sel.
