What you actually see here however is the Convent of Santo Domingo, which was built in the 17th century on top of the foundation of what once was Qorikancha. (Interesting side note: the rainbow flag is actually the City Flag of Cusco; it predates the LGBT flag and due to frequent confusion with the latter, they recently added the city government's emblem "Echenique's sun" to the flag; the flag on the right is a wiphala which represents the Quechua people of Qullasuyu)
