After checking into our hotel in Sterling, our first stop was dinner at Mokomandy, a Korean-Cajun fusion restaurant. Yes, you read that right. Thaddeus Kim's father is Korean and his mother Cajun, and Mokomandy fascinatingly blends the two cuisines. They also have an excellent cocktail list, so we started with one of those. This is an Orange Ginger Rye, with Bulleit rye, snap spirit, honey, orange, and barrel aged bitters
