Our first stop the next day was the very fancy and brand-new tasting room of Chrysalis Vineyards. We've visited them before (at their older, more-homey tasting room). Their claim to fame is their focus on creating good wine from the one grape native to the US, Norton. They make other wines too, but the novelty of "good" Norton is worth a trip.
