Green Russell has a reputation as a bespoke cocktail bar. In other words, you talk to the bartenders about what spirits you like, what flavors you like and don't like, whether you're looking for something spirit forward, etc, and they make something custom and unique for your palate. They do have a menu of cocktails, but that is not the way to do Green Russell.
