We went out for after-dinner drinks at NOLA's other major Tiki bar, Tiki Tolteca. Tolteca has no food (unlike Latitude), is tiny, and has far superior theming. The bar itself is awesome and feels like you are in an island hut. This is the two-ton swizzle, with aged and overproof rums, lemon, grapefruit, allspice, and bitters.
