This is a beer braised beef debris poboy with pickled peppers, green beans, horseradish sauce. Now having tried some of their more creative poboys, I don't think they can hold a candle to Katie's. Killer's best poboy is their most traditional one, the seared shrimp poboy which just has a light Asian flair in its garnish.
