In another album, you can read about our Summer 2014 trip to Chicago to visit Hot Doug's, a super-fancy hot dog place with toppings like foie gras and all kind of gamey meats, before its imminent closure. Since we were flying out of Chicago for our Benelux trip, we decided to visit Hot "G" Dog, which was started by the brothers at the core of Hot Doug's cooking staff and continued in Doug Sohn's tradition.
