Pretty niftily, Flying Fish offered wine flights. In fact, they offered 12 different wine flights (!!) all themed in some way, such as three wines of the same grape, three wines from the same region, etc. Not only do I like flights in general, but this also helped to more affordably have at least some potential for pairing wine with different foods.
