After starters, you get vegetables and noodles, and Churrascaria-style gauchos come around with sweet and sour chicken, a Szechuan steak, and my favorite, the spicy grilled peel-and-eat shrimp. I'm pretty sure they are peel-and-eat solely to slow people down in eating them and limit volume.
