The Wave is probably the nicest, or at least the fanciest in presentation, of Disney's "non-Signature" restaurants. For those on the Dining Plan I'd suggest this is one of the nicest places for spending only a single dining credit. This is "today's sustainable grilled fish" which I think is a swordfish, with fingerlings, artichokes, bacon, arugula, and brown-butter buerre-blanc
