One of the most overlooked things at WDW is all the "street performances" (which are actually tightly scheduled). They are all listed in the Times Guide, but many forget about them. These are the "Jammitors," a really cool percussion group. Usually, they are dressed like janitors, hence the punny name, but for F&W they are in chef costumes.
