After finishing our cocktails, it was time for some more beverages. Typically at a place like EMP one would consume wine, perhaps pairing wines with courses with the help of a sommelier. I had heard that EMP had a particularly good beer program, so I asked if we could get some recommended beer pairings. They sent out "their beer guy."
