Lunch was at Parkway, home of the most famous roast beef poboy in town. While I would personally incline toward a shrimp or cochon de lait poboy myself, if you are in the market for a roast beef one, Parkway is a great choice (this particular poboy is a combo roast beef-fried shrimp, but they also have a classic roast beef).
