In Ireland, they take Guinness seriously. There is a very specific way bartenders are intended to pour a Guinness. It is way more complex and strict than I will describe, but a key and obvious piece is that you do the pour in two steps. After the first pour, you have to let the beer settle. You can see here how the beer is cloudy after the first pour.
