A bus waited at the bottom of Castle Hill to take us back across the river to Old Town, and then we were on our own for the rest of the day. We started with lunch at Restaurant U Kapra. Here you can see Czechia's national dish, svíčková: beef tenderloin prepared with vegetables and boiled with double cream, served with houskové knedlíky (bread dumplings).
