Our flight to San Francisco was delayed. The delay meant that we would miss our first dining reservation (lunch at Campton Place). Since our plans were already shot, we decided to accept an offer to be rebooked on a later flight and be compensated $200 each. We were able to use the $200 on our next trip abroad, and were able to get an exit row, a nice treat.
