If you recall our winter 2013 album, we visited minibar, Jose Andres' flagship restaurant. Sometime between January and July, the part of the restaurant where we had several of the dessert courses was converted into a separate space, called barmini, with a la carte snacks, a long and interesting cocktail list, and a much less arduous reservations process.
