We took a train to Ginza Station, where we would be catching a bus back to the airport. Being in the Ginza was probably the most "urban" part of our visit. We never really experienced the "intensity" of urban Tokyo that we had anticipated. We'd heard that people can be packed onto trains like sardines (with actual packing implements wielded by train staff) but we never experienced this; I guess we were just lucky enough to avoid the rush hours.
