As might be expected from a restaurant with the name Seviche, ceviche featured heavily on the menu. I ordered a "tasting" of three different ceviches. From left to right, these are: oyster "bloody mary" shooters with a master of mixes "chef inspired" 5 pepper bloody mary mix, vodka, & horseradish; wahoo tiradito with bluegrass soy, sambal, ginger; and a tuna "old fashioned" with bluegrass soy, orange, bourbon, and pineapple.
