We were on the most epic day of our trip. Today was Roadside America Day. Rawlins started us off well. We had almost 600 miles to cover today and the only items on the agenda were quirky roadside attractions. Driving through South Dakota and Wyoming, we saw lots of these signs on the interstate. You can see the railroad crossing arms up ahead. They literally close the interstate and turn people around once the snow starts. Talk about isolation.
