Now returning north, we made a spontaneous stop at the roadside Naked Winery tasting room. We were both pretty bewildered that there is a winery in South Dakota, but eventually we learned that they source their grapes from elsewhere - notably Oregon. We enjoyed a tasting. The wines are all playfully/raunchily named, but surprisingly good. In fact I ended up buying a bottle of "Orgasmic" Nebbiolo, which wasn't poured on the tasting, only to be shocked when my card was charged $80. We'll see how it turns out...
