Just as our first course at the bar was a cocktail, so was our first course in the lounge: Pina Colada Tablets. Jose is a great experimenter in mixology but only at minibar have I seen edible cocktails. Not that he is the only one to have this idea: look at Providence from one of my earlier trips to Los Angeles. But his presentations are certainly more creative.
