Thai Soup, which I believe is coconut water and shrimp broth with transparent dumplings. You can also see here that this dish was paired with beer. I loved that; it was a great pairing every bit on par with a good wine pairing and I wish more restaurants would offer inventive pairings or even just consider beer as a viable beverage for unlocking the flavors of the kitchen.
