While we waited for our seating, we were brought a little amouse bouche of airy chicharrones and offered the drink menu. I had some sparkling wine and Amy some hot cider. One thing that particularly impressed me is that at the end of the evening, we weren't charged for these drinks. Virtually anyplace would view a pre-dinner drink ordered off a bar menu as a financial opportunity. minibar isn't cheap, but they did not nickel and dime us and I appreciate that.
