I then indulged in the absolutely ridiculous "banana split." All of the items on Central's menu are simply stated ("braised lamb shank", "banana split", "hamburger") so I don't have an "official" description of what all we're looking at here, but you have three scoops of ice cream at the top, and a split banana on the bottom somewhere beneath all that whipped cream, chocolate and raspberry sauces, almonds, pineapple, but on top of the swirled caramel and chocolate sauces you see on either side.
