We returned to the Showcase one last time. The Canada booth was interesting because the Canada Pavilion has what is widely considered to be one of the fanciest restaurants in Epcot (and certainly the hardest to get reservations for), Le Cellier. The booth featured two of the most popular menu items from Le Cellier. This is the “Le Cellier” Wild Mushroom Beef Filet Mignon with Truffle Butter Sauce. Considering that in the restaurant, this (the most popular dish) costs $46, getting to try a sample of it was pretty cool.
