This was the main course. V&A is one of those places whose prix fixe menus offer you many opportunities to "upgrade" to "fancier" dishes for an additional price. I decided to get the Blackmore wagyu beef dish which I had heard was phenomenal. It was good, but honestly compared to the quality of the rest of the food, it was right in line, not extraordinary.
