After leaving Hollywood Studios, we headed to the Grand Floridian again for dinner reservations at what may be the best restaurant in Florida: Victoria & Albert's. Despite being a Disney resort restaurant, it has received national accolades and is the only 5-diamond (AAA rating) restaurant in central Florida. The presentation is immaculate. The prix fixe menu allows diners two to four selections for each course. We of course made different selections so we could sample each other's. Interspersed throughout were bread courses prepared by Master Pastry Chef Erich Herbitschek, each with a complementary butter.
