Well, we found it. But determined this was not at all a tourist site. This is part of the greater Kasbah of Moulay Ismail, and despite Meknes no longer being Morocco's capital, Morocco's current sovereign still occasionally uses this palace as a royal residence. So it's guarded and not open to the public.
