Two more things are interesting about this museum. First, it occupies a series of adjacent palaces, so it is architecturally and spatially interesting in its own right. Second, it was created during Picasso's lifetime, the only such Picasso museum in the world. This has future echoes of our upcoming visit to Dali's nearby museum, designed by Dali during his lifetime.
