We had one more stop in Chongqing and it was a YOU GUESSED IT. The vast majority of souvenirs on this trip I bought were paintings by local artists (I bought at least a half dozen). As I mentioned, I don't buy many souvenirs anymore when I travel, but when I still do, art is at the top of my list.
