Classics

In order to enter the Escee.com Classics, you must agree to the terms below.
By clicking the button below, downloading any files from Escee.com, continuing into the Classics, or otherwise associating yourself with the emulation-related material on Escee.com, you legally bind youself to the terms and conditions below.

Escee.com and the Escee.com Classics will henceforth be collectively referred to as "Escee.com." All emulators avaliable on Escee.com are legal, constructed by reverse engineering and programming. ROM files avaliable on Escee.com are only avaliable for download because they are no longer avaliable for purchase, in publication, and the system for which they were developed is no longer being manufactured. Thusly, by offering them for download, nobody is being harmed by their open domain release. The developers and publishers no longer make any money from these games, and thus they are not being harmed in any way. We do not support the emulation of consoles still in production and we encourage you to not support the emulation of consoles which are still in production and still provide income for the company which makes them. By downloading files from Escee.com, you release Escee.com of all liability for your actions. The only purpose we serve is to revive games which you can no longer purchase -- we will not support emulation of consoles which you can purchase. We revive classic games that would likely die out if it were not for emulation. Also, many people who actually own these classic systems find that the games do not last forever -- emulation is a way to preserve these games in backup. If you own the legal rights to any game avaliable for download on Escee.com and want it removed, let us know and we will remove it, but we are doing you a service -- people can play your classic games and appreciate the greatness of them -- thus giving you a better name and reputation. If they like the game like I do, they may likely buy other games made by you for consoles currently in production. We don't want these amazing classics to die out -- that is the sole reason we run this portion of the site. Thank you.
